Homeowners are eligible for any residential plan that best suits their household needs.

Businesses with an average monthly consumption of at least 2,000 kWh (an estimated monthly electricity bill of at least S$400) are also eligible. Those operating at several business locations in Singapore can consolidate their total electricity usage to apply.

No. Your electricity supply will not be interrupted as switching is an administrative transfer of account by Union.

SP PowerGrid Ltd is licensed by the EMA as the transmission agent licensee to transmit electricity for, and on behalf of, SP PowerAssets Ltd, and is responsible for the physical delivery of electricity supply to your premises regardless of which retailer you choose. Hence, you will continue to enjoy electricity with the same quality, safety, and reliability.

You may drop us an enquiry and we will assist you with relocation information. Do note that you are still subject to the charges of the address you relocated from.

You will be charged an Early Termination Charge. Please get in touch if you want to terminate your contract before it ends.

SP Services Ltd is the only Market Support Service Licensee (MSSL) that provides services such as retail settlement, meter reading, meter data management, and customer transfer between retailers.

Your MSSL Account Number can be found on the top right of your electricity bill, and it starts with the number "9XXXXXXXXX" under Account No. for residential accounts and MSSL Account No. for business accounts. If you are unable to locate it, please feel free to reach out to us and we will be more than happy to assist you with this.
